What are your access hours?
Access is available daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM by appointment only. Our facility is not open to the public, and no one may enter the premises without a scheduled appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange all vehicle drop-offs and pickups. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Am I required to store long-term?
No. We offer convenient month-to-month leasing, allowing you to store your vehicle for either short-term or long-term needs.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Storage payments can be made online using a debit card, credit card, or ACH transfer. We also offer automatic payment options for added convenience.
What documentation is required to rent a space?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID. Proof of insurance for the stored vehicle or boat is also required.
What items are not allowed to be stored?
We only allow storage for motorized or electric vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles that fit within the dimensions of the reserved space. Household goods, personal belongings, and non-approved items are not permitted.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
No. We do not offer climate-controlled storage at this time. However, all vehicles are stored indoors inside our warehouse facility on concrete floors for added protection from the elements.
What type of storage spaces do you offer?
We offer secure indoor parking spaces for RVs, motorhomes, boats, cars, trailers, and other vehicles inside our warehouse facility on concrete floors.
What security features does your facility offer?
Your vehicle is stored inside a secure warehouse with 20-foot walls and a single controlled access entrance. The property is not open to the public, and all access is by appointment only. In addition, the facility is protected with perimeter fencing and security camera surveillance throughout the property.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
We require a 30-day written notice prior to move-out. All leases are month-to-month, and a 30-day vacate notice is required before ending your rental agreement.
